Pixcy Studios provides wedding, pre-wedding, maternity, baby, corporate, and related photography and videography services. Details, pricing, and availability for any booking are confirmed directly with you after you contact us — nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote or contract until confirmed in writing (including via WhatsApp) between you and us.
Contact Form & Inquiries
Submitting the contact form opens a pre-filled message to our WhatsApp number. It does not constitute a booking — a session is only confirmed once we've discussed details and agreed on terms with you directly, including any deposit or advance payment required to hold your date.
Bookings, Payment & Cancellation
Booking confirmation, deposit amounts, payment schedules, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are agreed with you individually at the time of booking and are not processed through this website. Please refer to the specific booking confirmation or agreement shared with you for these terms.
Session Photography & Portfolio Use
Photographs and videos we capture during a booked session are licensed to you for personal use upon delivery. We retain ownership of the underlying copyright and may use session photographs and videos in our portfolio, on this website, and on our social media channels for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before or at the time of booking. If you'd prefer your session isn't featured publicly, let us know and we will honor that request for future use of those images.
